Two Dots takes the connect-the-dots type puzzle game and adds unique mechanics as the game progresses in order to keep it interesting and engaging. These mechanics include the appearance of frozen dots, which must be matched three times to break, fire dots, which consume surrounding dots and can only be extinguished be making matches adjacent to them, and dot monsters, which consume adjacent dots and change their colors. There are also a variety of powerups which can be won and purchased. There are currently more than 1000 levels in the main game which are divided into a number of themed stages. In addition to the story mode, there is a treasure hunt mode with even more levels.
